I sat down on the sands to enjoy the magnificent view ,I dont think I would have walked out into the dunes. Read after what may have been under the sands. But still a sight not too be missed on anyones list of travels.

As you can see have made a start to prune back and dead head. Rain came on like the tennis and stopped play. Still to go back and lift leaves from base of plant.

I am trying to grow into a mini standard. Which is no more than 10 inches. It is nearly there before the start of the head. Shall post photos at different stages of her growth.

She is a beautiful fuchsia such a dark rich colour. Suits the name Zulu King.

Charming by name and charming she is,this fuchsia grew from a small cutting and is now promising to be a real charmer. Hopefully by this time next year you shall see a difference. Shall post another photo end of October.
