All pruned back and ready for a winter rest or so I thought. New breaks and now can see all the new shoots forming once again. Overwintering shall be done indoors.

Google is buying YouTube for $1.65 billon worth of Google stock after months of speculation over YouTube's future. See the Google press at: http://investor.google.com/releases/20061009.html Google plan to keep the YouTube brand in order to preserve the community. I think this is the best possible outcome for YouTube given that Google has the resources to keep YouTube going.

Fuchsias now taken indoors 1st Oct 2006
Created by scotkat on 01/10/2006 (781 days ago)
Have taken all my fuchsias now indoors today 1st Oct 2006. Weather still nice and sunny but can now start to feel chill in the air. Have decided to keep indoors and spray with tepid water and keep them ticking over slowly rather than bury in a trench. Which is what I have normally done, but last year lost all my fuchsias this way as we had a really cold winter. So want to try and prevent this.
